Dear Brad, Just wanted to write you a letter letting you know what is happening with us. We just listed our home here in Indiana, planning to move to Texas by the end of the summer. I can only hope we have as fantastic an experience selling our house here as we did with our condo in Anchorage. The comp package you put together for us was so complete and accurate that we were able to place just the right price on our place. It was the only time in all our moves (five) that we sold a property for OVER the asking price and even had a contract on it in 5 days!
